Facebook
Facebook allows users to continuously stay in touch with friends, relatives and other acquaintances wherever they are in the world, as long as there is access to the Internet.
WhatsApp
WhatsApp Messenger is aproprietary, cross-platform instant messaging subscription service for smartphones.
WeChat
WeChat provides multimedia communication with text messaging, hold-to-talk voice messaging, broadcast (one-tomany) messaging, photo/video sharing, location sharing, and contact information exchange.
Skype
Skype is a freemium voice-over- IP service and instant messaging client, currently developed by the Microsoft Skype Division.
Twitter
Twitter is an online social networking and microblogging service that enables users to send and read "tweets", which are text messages limited to 140 characters.
Youtube
YouTube is a video-sharing website, created by three former PayPal employees in February 2005 and owned by Google since late 2006, on which users can upload, view and share videos.
Instagram
Instagram is an online photo-sharing, video-sharing and social networking service that enables its users to take pictures and videos, apply digital filters to them, and share them on a variety of social networking services, such as Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr and Flickr.

Tumbler is an address of any range of content or link or a set of ranges or links. They were used in the Xanadu FEBE (Front End - Back End) protocol in a manner similar to the use of URIs between web browsers and servers.

Flickr is an image hosting and video hosting website, and web services the service is widely used by photo researchers and by bloggers to host images that they embed in blogs and social media.

This video sharing app allows users to make mini (micro, even) movies and share them to a feed very similar to Twitter’s design.
